The Saranese Culture (TSC) is a not-for-profit organization registered in the USA that assists with local projects that impact the less fortunate, help leaders and pastors discover and walk out their destiny as well as provide discipleship training for churches through one on one coaching, seminars and conferences. We operate solely on the donations of those that partner with us to impact the nations!
Having served on the mission field Sarah Brickman, founder of TSC, understands that leaders need to be encouraged, uplifted, refreshed, renewed and blessed in order to keep pursuing what God has called them to.

 HELPING THOSE LESS FORTUNATE
While interacting with people, we are able to find sponsors for needs such as medical care, bicycles, wheelchairs, or micro-finance loans. We strive to show the love of God without using words and providing a 'safe place' for people that wish to get involved.
DESTINY
Destiny Coaching is available to leaders and Christians in western countries and is offered on a case by case basis to those in developing nations. Through preaching at churches, speaking engagements, specialized training and Sarah's new book (available in our store) we emphasize the importance of discovering and implementing the destiny that God planned for each individual.
DISCIPLESHIP
Discipleship occurs in four main ways. First, it happens relationally with Christian friends one-on-one through everyday conversations. A second way is through Life Coaching. Third, by imparting the Biblical mandate to pastors that are currently unaware of this vital on-going development in their members and through training both pastors and their leadership teams how discipleship happens relationally outside a classroom setting. Finally, this is presented to church members during Sunday services and in written / audio materials.
