“As I reflect about this Kingdom Culture, the first word into my mind is the word “servant hood”. A servant according to the Bible must be patiently waiting for the master and all the things he must do according to His will. Living in God’s kingdom means I have to be His servant. I was bought at a price, which is Jesus’ precious blood. This must be enough for me to love others so that they will also understand why we Christians should live differently. Kingdom culture illuminates God’s superiority in one’s life, because without the help of God, there’s no way we can surpass persecutions that may come along the way. We have to continue on serving God and to run the race as apostle Paul stated. As I live in His Kingdom Culture I wont worry of what lies ahead. I trust my Master and He takes charge of my future.” – Marife
“Asking God questions about inanimate object… His answers will definitely blow you away while bringing an understanding of who God is and why He let things exist, for what purpose they are.” – Ric
“I just want to share how I am touched by this class. I’ve learned to look for the lesson in every conversation. I keep on learning about someone’s experience to avoid mistakes and to apply what is correct. Life is like a piano. White keys are represented by our success and happy moments. Black keys symbolize our deepest sorrows, frustrations and all of the bad happenings. But in order to have a masterpiece all keys should be combined and played altogether. I expect more in this subject and I’m loving it every meeting.” – Sam
“Oh, how I loved this class! It excites me every time we have classes. I can’t help but smile for just the mention of your name. I enjoyed the lessons, the fun, the discussions we have. I thought that everything’s fine with me already. But it was during our classes where God reminded me that there’s more to learn. Through our lesson, God has helped me check on myself, my attitude, and my well-being. He left asking me and searching my heart if really, is this the person He wants me to be. He made known my weaknesses, my fears and my insecurities. But the real good thing is God has really has His purpose for me. He’s teaching me lots! He helps me realize about myself on things and the people I get in touch with too. You’re a great teacher. Thank you.” – Letty
“I have learned how to communicate lovingly and passionately by listening attentively and sincerely. Giving them a sense of comfort while expressing themselves to us and their point of view on certain topics.” – Crizza
“Every time we meet you in our class there is something different in our hearts. We have to experience a little bit heart pulse. We stir up our mind to be attentive because any moment you ask questions, even though sometimes we don’t so much understand what you are saying. Being a missionary you have a lot of experience to share with us. We learn different testimonies that cause to light up our basic life and comfort us during our class. It’s very interesting. You share extra activities like every time we get in groups by 2s, 3s or other to share with one another and talk about how to overcome the trials and difficulties in life. We have time to be in a small group, a chance to participate with one another. In a short span of time we know many things to do, to uplift not only our mind but spiritual awareness.” – Bonette
“In this life we learn the lesson and take the test, but with God we take the test and then learn the lesson.” – Mon
“The first day meeting with sister Sarah Brickman, our mentor in Basic Life, I was so excited because this is the first time in life to have a teacher who was from a foreign nation. A little nervous, my nervousness was lost when she talked and smiled. Her actions while talking inspired me a lot. My excitement here again when she instructs us to be in groups and shared what big dream we have and we shared our dreams. I was inspired because my brethren dreams the same as me!” – Fely
“I thank God for the opportunity that He gave me to pursue my study in the Bible school. It is one of the training grounds and I feel so blessed. For every lesson that I learned, for everything that God shows me and teaches me in the Bible school in this subject. It feels like it requires and pushes me to share it with others. It is not only retained in my mind, but also applied. God is good!” – Farica
“I realized that dreaming big isn’t bad, besides we have a God who is powerful enough to help us to reach that big dream we have. Before I am too shy with God to ask for big things because I felt I wasn’t that deserving. I just felt that I don’t want to abuse God’s goodness to me because I know I will never get run-out of His divine providence to me. And that I must be contented of what God has given to me. But I also realized that my dreams are not just for my own sake and benefit, but for my family also, and for God’s kingdom and glory as well. But I have learned also to be more concerned if my goals are also God’s will for me or if it’s just my will which I am trying to satisfy.” – Crizza
“The more I grow in Christ, the more humble I will become and better able to connect with others. My goal is intimacy with Christ, being surrendered to biblical priorities and not my own. I become a tool that Christ can use to reach and equip others.” – Al
“The teachers and classes help me to learn more about the word of God and to grow more in my faith. Especially basic life principles. I always have the opportunity to express myself even if I sometimes run out of words. I find it challenge writing the essays and practicing what I have learned and I have learned many things about life through this subject. I am grateful for the opportunity of a free education especially one that teaches about God and his principles. “ – Rea
“Bible school is one of the foundation and training grounds to mold me to grow. This subject (Basic Life Principles) meets not only my expectations, but “beyond my expectations”.” – Yca
“We can be a living Bible to everyone, because some people don’t get the chance to read the Scripture. Let our encounters and experiences with God be the living Bible for them. Let us pronounce to everyone how God changed me magnificently through experiencing Him.” – Fe
“To be honest, when I started the course, I was focused on getting my degree / certificate and I was eager to simply plough into the lessons and just get them done. But God had another plan. The way that the course is written and presented does not allow one to simply study and regurgitate knowledge. From the very outset I found myself forced to focus on the spiritual dynamics of the truths being presented and was immediately confronted by the Holy Spirit telling me, “Now that I have your attention, you’re not getting away!” I was going to get what I desired (my degree), but God was gong to get what He wanted first, which was ME.” – John
“One opportunity to grow is having this class with Ms. Sarah Brickman. Since from the start I felt overwhelmed by the love of God I felt from her heart. She was so gentle but still firm on the other ways of teaching. When I felt down sometime on class, as I heard the topics, I felt God was touching my heart and speaking to me through the messages with Ms. Sarah being used by God as His mouthpiece. I have encountered a lot of preacher/pastor/teachers. There are some who were also great and dynamic when they speak up in the pulpit, but some do get angry when they preach. And I felt that isn’t affective. I saw that what was really important is that you have a heat full of love, and compassion to the people whom you want to disciple. I have been corrected as well, because sometimes I teach out of my anger. I saw that having a heart full of God’s love is a great opportunity to disciple people to come closer with God. God knows every motive we have so, I have learned that we must preach out of love, so they also share things about God out of love.” Crizza

After conducting 3 interviews to find out what others believe the students stated that...“God let me realize that being His servant, I need to listen. I need to listen to their every word so that I could understand the person well. He showed me to share love and care to people. “ – Jerehmias
“I’ve noticed that I started to practice listening carefully while he’s speaking. Many questions came to my mind. Our conversation helped me a lot to know him more, even though he’s my friend. I thought I knew him, but I was wrong. “ – Melcy
“As I listen to her, I learned more about her, her views and why she acts the way she acts. Though I disagree on some of her beliefs I still respect her… I realized it’s fun asking questions even to strangers.” – Aurea
